About the site

Megapanel is a panel of services for social networks. Here you can order followers, likes, views, comments and other services for Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube and X (Twitter).

The site launched in 2026. You sign up with a login and a password; entering a Telegram username is optional.

Purpose of the site

Megapanel’s goal is to make growing your visibility on social networks simple, clear and transparent.

Show all services in one catalog with clear prices.
Let you place an order in a few steps and follow its status in real time.
Notify you inside the site about orders, payments and your balance.
Show each service’s description, quantity limits and order status openly.
Allow developers and resellers to integrate through the API.
Pay people who invite friends a percentage of what those friends top up (referral).

How it works

Sign up with a login and a password, then add funds to your balance (Click, Payme, Uzcard/Humo or through the administrator).
Choose a network and a service in the catalog, then enter the profile or post link and the quantity.
The order is sent for processing. You follow its status on the site.
For any part that is not delivered or is canceled, the payment is returned to your balance.

Terms of use

Before ordering, read these terms and the description of the chosen service. By confirming an order you agree to the service type, link, quantity and the price shown.

Use the services for lawful purposes. The user is responsible for the content, for having the right to order, and for following each social network’s rules. Orders that violate other people’s rights are not allowed.
Enter a correct, public link to the profile, channel or post. Do not make the profile private, rename it or delete the content until the order is finished. Wrong information can prevent delivery.
Do not order several identical services for the same link at the same time. It makes counting the result and investigating a problem harder.
Delivery speed and how long the result lasts depend on the service and the social network. Followers may drop; engagement, sales, income or a lasting audience are not guaranteed. The site does not provide a separate refill guarantee.
A submitted order cannot always be changed or canceled. The cancel button sends a request and does not guarantee that it will be accepted.
Protect your login, password and API key, and do not share them. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the Help center immediately.
Prices may be updated. The price at the moment you confirm an order applies; if the price changes, you will need to review the new price.

Payments and refunds

Accounting is kept in Uzbekistani so‘m; dollar amounts shown on the site are converted at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan rate. Card details are not stored by Megapanel; payment is made through the chosen payment system.

Money added to the balance can only be spent on Megapanel services. There is no function to withdraw it, send it to a card or transfer it to another account.
The undelivered part of a canceled or partially delivered order is returned to the site balance based on the confirmed status and accounting. A refund to the balance is not a withdrawal to a card.
If you believe an order was not delivered, send the order number, the link and the details of the problem to the Help center. If the order is still in progress, we wait for the check to finish.
Duplicate charges, wrongly calculated amounts or a payment that does not show on the balance are investigated. A confirmed accounting error is corrected. Keep your payment receipt.
Cases where the law requires a refund are exceptions to this general rule; such requests are considered separately.

Support and liability

When a problem occurs, first contact the Help center on the site. The administration checks the available data, runs an extra check if needed, and helps find a solution where possible.

During the check we may ask for extra information or a screenshot. You can follow the request status and the reply in the Help center.
Because of technical outages or problems at the social network, a result or an exact deadline cannot be guaranteed. Contacting support does not mean every problem will definitely be fixed.
To the extent the law allows, the administration is not liable for the consequences of the user’s content, a wrong link, violations of platform rules or actions of third parties. Expected income and indirect losses are not promised to be compensated.
These terms do not cancel the administration’s duty to correct its own accounting errors, or the user’s rights set by law. A request about an undelivered service is not rejected without a check.
When the terms are updated, the date on this page changes. New terms do not apply retroactively to orders already accepted.

Privacy

We only store the data needed to provide the service.

Account data: your login, an optional Telegram username and your answer to “How did you find us?” given at sign-up.
Orders, payments and balance history.
The links you enter are used to carry out the order.
Your password is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form, and bank card details are not stored.
Your data is not sold to third parties or given out for advertising.
