FAQ
When does an order start?
The start time depends on the service. If the description shows “Start”, follow that. Fast services usually start within minutes, others within a few hours. A heavy load can cause delays.
What do the order statuses mean?
Pending — the order is accepted and queued. In progress — work has started. Completed — fully done. Partial — part was delivered and the rest was refunded to your balance. Canceled or Failed — the payment was fully refunded. Under review — the answer is unclear and an administrator is checking.
What happens if followers or likes drop?
Followers or likes can decrease. Megapanel does not guarantee that a result is permanent or will be refilled. If there is a problem, write to the Support center with the order number. Available requests depend on the check result and sending one does not guarantee a positive result.
If an order is only partly delivered, do I get a refund?
Yes. The payment for the undelivered part is returned to your balance automatically and shown in your transaction history.
Can I cancel an order?
You can send a request only for services that support “Cancel” and only before work has started. If the cancellation is confirmed, the money returns to your balance.
What should the link look like?
Enter a full, public link (not a private profile). Until the order is finished do not change the link or the profile name, and do not place several orders for the same link at once. Otherwise the order may be counted incorrectly.
Why are there minimum and maximum quantities?
Every service has limits, shown next to it. You cannot order less than the minimum or more than the maximum.
How do I top up my balance?
Use the button on the Wallet page, choose a payment method and pay. The balance is credited as soon as the payment is confirmed. Larger amounts may receive a bonus; the conditions are shown on the Wallet page.
How do free services work?
Some services are free, but each user can use one only once every 24 hours. Such services are marked “Free” in the catalog.
Where do I enter a promo code?
In the “Promo code” field on the Wallet page. Some codes add money to your balance right away, others give a bonus on your next top-up. Each code can be used once.
When is my money returned?
If an order is canceled, rejected or partly delivered, the money returns to your balance automatically. In other cases open a request in the Support center; every case is reviewed individually.
What if my question is not solved?
Leave a request in the Support center or write to the administrator. You will be notified when there is a reply.
